Inpatient Management, Inc. and its physicians and employees (collectively refereed to herein as “IMI”) are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our web site located at www.inpatient.com (the “Web Site”), and we recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of the personally identifiable information you share with us, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and possibly other information, depending on the services you access.  This Web Site Privacy Policy will help you understand what information is collected when you visit our Web Site and how that information will be used.  If we adjust this policy at any time in the future, we will post those changes here.  Therefore, you should check back from time to time.

Personally Identifiable Information

You may visit our Web Site without telling us anything about yourself or revealing any personally identifiable information.  However, once you give IMI your personally identifiable information, you are no longer anonymous to us.  When visiting the IMI Web Site, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information, depending on the services you access.  Some information is required, but other information is optional and may be given at your discretion.  The personally identifiable information you provide will be kept private and will not be disclosed by IMI to third parties, unless IMI, acting under a good faith belief, believes that such action is necessary to:

Computer and Session Information

Governing Law

This Web Site Privacy Policy is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict of laws principles.  Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of this Web Site Privacy Policy shall be exclusively with the state and federal courts within the State of Missouri.  If any provision of this Web Site Privacy Policy is found to be invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Web Site Privacy Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect.

When providing services within a hospital, our physicians and health care professionals and the health care professionals working under certain contractual arrangements with us are subject to the hospital’s policies and procedures relating to the confidentiality of your medical information.
