Inpatient coverage at one hospital site only

Traditional
5 on 2 off model

* estimated hours- 8-5 Mon- Friday

weeknight call every other night, very rarely have to come
in.

* weekend call is 1:3 (3rd
weekend covered by part time physician)

* Full- time on-site Nurse Director provides case
management, data management, communication support, billing
support and practice marketing.

Current
workload 14 patients, per physician, per day

* 10 new and 4 follow-ups.

185 bed full service facility with referral/draw area of
about 200,000. The facility is situated on a 12 acre
campus and has recently undergone a $12 million
