The IMI Model is supported by our Corporate team of experts in
the areas of practice operations, case management, and medical
staff development . The Vice President of Hospitalist Operations
and the Vice President of Nursing Operations work together with
our on-site clinical teams providing leadership, management and
direction. These individuals lead the IMI Monthly Performance
Reporting meetings conducted on-site with Hospital Administration
and our clinical teams.
